The Studio Gallery at Thistledown has a permanent display of paintings, prints, books and greetings cards. Apart from the Annual Exhibitions the Studio Gallery is open strictly by appointment only.

Directions: The Studio Gallery, is situated a short distance from the main Exmouth to Exeter road (A376). Marley Road is located half way along Hulham Road (B3180) between Pound Lane and Dinan Way. Thistledown is approached by a drive adjacent to Shackleton Close.

'A Picture of Cornwall'

BOOK LAUNCH AND MIXED EXHIBITIONS

To celebrate the launch of his next book 'A Picture of Cornwall' Ray Balkwill will be hosting an exhibition of his paintings, as well as many of the artists featured in the book. These include: John Brenton, Neil Davies, Bernard Evans, Ken Howard, Amanda Hoskin, Robert Jones, Paul Lewin, Gary Long, Neil Pinkett, John Raynes, David Rust and Richard Tuff.
This will be held in St Ives Society of Artists (The Crypt Gallery), Norway Square, St Ives from Sunday 26th September - Friday 1st October 2010.

Following on from this there will also be a smaller Exhibition of Paintings featuring many of the artists in the book at The Little Picture Gallery, 2 Mill Lane, Mousehole. The exhibition runs from Sunday 3rd - Saturday 16th October 2010. 11am - 5pm (including Sunday)
